How To Order
Below you will find the different steps and information needed to place an order

Step 1
Pick Your Style & Colors
A) First you will want to pick the style of clown shoe that you would like. (Hi-Top, Low-Top, Bonnie Lou, Wing Tip, Jester, Etc.)
B) Then you will want to pick the colors that you would like your shoes and where the colors will go. Below you will find our colors and a sample outline of a clown shoe. You can use this as an example of the different colors we have and what terms we use for the different parts of the shoe.
Step 2
Foot Tracings and Measurements
A) Foot tracings and measurements are required for custom clown shoe orders. Please follow the instructions listed here MEASURING GUIDE. The foot tracings and measurements need to be mailed. (We do not except them via fax or email due to the distortion that can happen when sending via these two methods.)
B) Why do we require foot tracings and measurements? These ensure the true and proper fit of each shoe.
Step 3
Placing Your Order
A) There are two ways to place your order
i) Over the Phone - You can call Clown-So-Port at 800-679-7463 and place your order over the phone or
ii)
Print and Mail - You can fill out the order form below
and either mail, fax or email it to Clown-So-Port. Foot tracings and
measurements always need to be mailed. Click here for the

B) Important – you cannot submit your order online. It needs to be printed and either mailed, faxed or emailed to CSP. (The foot tracings and measurements still need to be mailed.)
Step 4
Payment Method
A) We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. We also accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. Personal Checks are also accepted but orders are held for ten business days till checks clear.
Step 5
Manufacturing Time
A) 21 Working Days - Most custom shoe orders ship within 21 working days. There are some exceptions to this as our production schedule gets full but most of the time, the custom shoes are shipped within 21 working days or less.
Step 6
Shipping Information
A) All orders (within the continental United States) are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified.
B) Canadian and International Shipments are sent via the USPS unless otherwise specified.

– We have all of our colors listed online and can mail you leather
samples so you can see the available
colors.

C) Return Policy:
Custom Made Shoes (CSP)
CSP
will guarantee the fit of the shoes as long as foot tracings and
measurements are submitted for sizing.
If the custom shoes are completed and do not fit
the customer, CSP will remake the shoes to fit the customer.
We reserve the right to not remake the shoes if
we feel we will be unable to make the correct size.
If the customer choses not to submit foot
tracings, the shoes are not returnable.
Custom designs, once approved by the customer
(either verbal or in writing) cannot be returned or exchanged for design or
color changes after the order has been processed.
In stock
styles can be returned or exchanged (within 30 days of the purchase) if they have not been worn outside or
damaged in any way.
The customer is responsible for the return
shipping.
