Shoes that are in stock are ready to ship immediately. We ship Monday through Friday. Most orders and shipped on the same day the order is placed. Shipping within the continental US is $12 per pair. We ship via UPS unless otherwise specified. International shipping is normally done through the USPS and is on average $50 depending on the method chosen, and the location we are shipping to.
Returns
We do accept returns on in stock shoes. They shoes need to be returned within 30 days of the purchase and cannot be worn or damaged. We suggest that customers wear the shoes inside on carpet if they are unsure of the sizing. Any already worn or damaged shoes will not be accepted for return.
Materials
All custom shoes are made with all leather uppers and leather lining.
Soles
We use Vibram outsoles on all of our shoes. Vibram soles are the highest quality. They are extremely durable and long-wearing. The outsoles on all of our clown shoes can be repleced.
Shoe Spec's
Men's shoes are standard 15 inches long and women's shoes are standard 14 inches long. Women's shoes can be made in a 12 inch length for shoe sizes 9 and under. Bubble toes are standard 2 inches high unless otherwise pictured or specified. The standard width at the widest part of the toe on the full size clown shoes is 7 inches. High-top clown shoes are 6 1/2 inches from the top of the heel to the top of the shoe and low top shoes are about 4 inches.
